- Craftsmanship
- Good comprehension and skill in the production of individual parts and small batches
- Ability to work cooperatively
- Willingness to keep learning new things
- Independence, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
Desirable are:
- Initial experience and knowledge in metal processing
- Basics in handling tools and machines
