Project Sales Arena Solutions – Interior Renovations / Hospitality (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Selling our products and services related to stadiums, such as VIP box construction, development of hospitality areas, and analysis rooms
  • Independently acquiring new customers, such as sports-oriented companies and professional and amateur clubs
  • Managing and maintaining existing customer relationships, including with National League football clubs
  • Actively maintaining your network through personal interaction on-site and at joint visits to sporting events
  • Identifying customer needs and developing suitable solutions
  • Preparing offers and consistently following up throughout the sales process
  • Applying and marketing the entire product portfolio
  • Medium-term planning, management, and monitoring of sales activities

What you bring:

  • Commercial or technical training, a degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Sales experience in field service or project-based B2B sales
  • Technical understanding
  • Affinity for football and professional sports, as well as interest in stadium, arena, and hospitality concepts
  • Market knowledge in the environment of professional and amateur clubs, ideally also in sponsorship or sports-related networks
  • Confident use of standard MS Office applications
  • Analytical, structured, and independent working style
  • Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to travel (20–40%)
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and negotiation ability
  • Organizational talent and a professional, confident appearance
