During the summer break, the Lübecker Nachrichten Lounge received a complete makeover. VIP guests can now enjoy a high-quality hospitality area that meets modern standards.
A new space has been created at the historic Lohmühle stadium, one that combines Hanseatic openness with Lübeck-style pragmatism. Several steps within the room were swiftly built over to create a larger, more usable area for people and their interactions. In the approx. 200-square-meter space, zones were designed both for networking in a sports-related setting and for private conversations.
Custom furniture, modern technology, and great attention to detail make this a unique stadium venue. Both the partner’s and the club’s logos are subtly integrated throughout the area, without appearing forced. The coordinated color palette between furniture, ceilings, and walls reflects the creators’ eye for detail—balanced and understated. Smart solutions for storage and the integration of technology demonstrate how easily functionality and design can go hand in hand.
goracon coordinated the entire project—from tailored planning including visualizations and 3D walkthroughs, through coordination, to final implementation. After a four-week renovation period, a complete, turnkey solution was handed over to VfB Lübeck.
