Apprenticeship as office management assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

As part of a 3-year apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), you will receive practical training in the sales, purchasing and administration departments in addition to theoretical training at the vocational school. The following training content will be imparted to you as part of the apprenticeship:

  • Relevant knowledge about the training company
  • Company organization and communication
  • Product realization processes
  • Information processing
  • Office organization
  • Order and invoice processing
  • Ordering, goods receipt postings and stock keeping

Your profile:

  • Graduation from a commercial school or a vocational baccalaureate
  • Organizational skills, very good comprehension, skill and diligence
  • Ability to cooperate, work in a team and be tolerant
  • Interest in a broad range of tasks
  • Good command of written and spoken English
