Professional interior construction at the highest level convinced the building contractor
In drawing on the services of goracon, which is well-known on the market for its professionalism, Schwarz Immobilienmanagement GmbH & Co. KG successfully completed one of the most renowned construction projects in Germany for 2019.
After preparatory work was carried out by in-house engineers and technicians, goracon’s employees worked with a high degree of precision to complete the installation process at the education campus in Heilbronn.
With the professional guidance and coordination of the goracon project management team working in harmony with the on-site construction managers, the usual site procedures – complete with all their tasks and complexities – were mastered to the client’s satisfaction.
As you can see on the pictures, the Harvard Rooms have been equipped with the latest technology in the form of the innovative GSF chair guidance system. The high-tech seminar rooms were rounded off by the modern seat ergonomics of the seat shells and electrified work tables shaped in an ideal radial geometry design.
When attending lectures, students therefore have the opportunity to sit facing all directions in the position they choose – and concentrate. State-of-the-art board systems – not to mention walls and ceilings that were built with acoustics in mind – round off the architecturally demanding overall project on every level.
In the Audimax, ultra-modern table components equipped with electrification and data connection options were paired with the tried-and-tested folding seats. The seat shells were optimally adapted to the seated individuals, thus fulfilling yet another customer request. Functional board systems and state-of-the-art beamer technology round off the requirements that a modern learning environment entails.
A special heating and cooling ceiling that is adapted to the on-site ventilation systems ensures that the indoor climate is ideal. For effective acoustics, ceiling and wall elements with state-of-the-art micro-perforation technology on the finest handcrafted veneer surface give the hall the refined touch it deserves.
And it must be noted: Supplied by goracon, the parquet floors with a lacquered silver fir surface seamlessly add to this sophisticated atmosphere.
Throughout the atrium, goracon was able to help create an ideal climate under the glass dome. PODIUM, the rising floor system that was also used in the Audimax, was specially implemented as a climate-controlled floor here. It can therefore be optimally adapted to conditions for any given time of year. Furthermore, it invites the students to sit comfortably on the steps while they’re taking a break.
All in all, it was a successful overall project – one that came complete with the finest craftsmanship and high-end interior quality that goracon is accustomed to. Made by goracon/Germany
